Cancellation Policy
I charge a 50% fee for any no-shows, "I forgot", "overslept", or cancellations/rescheduling within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment. No refunds on services. Being more than 10 minutes LATE will be considered a NO-SHOW and will have to reschedule. If the card is declined when charged for no-shows you'll be put on the ban list until the 50% fee is paid
